If we have made any errors to your order (such as a damaged product or an incorrect size shipped), please contact us at businessemail@impressapparel.co with your name and order number so we can best resolve your situation.

If you have ordered a size that does not fit, don't hesitate to contact us immediately and we will amend the situation.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
